Meal Ideas
I would still like to have an afternoon snack or meal that we cook together. Any ideas about what foods and when? I probably won't be able to accomodate everyone because we all have different schedules, but I'll do my best. Please post your ideas here.
Learning something new
Michael Pollan relies on the skills of others to make his hunter/gatherer meal. Why is it that we often learn a skill best when someone (an expert in that area) teaches/shows us instead of watching someone on TV or reading a book about it?

Polyface Farm
What did you find most interesting about Polyface Farm?(Ch. 12) Did you disagree with any of the methods? Why is this type of farming so hard to find? Why is it more labor intensive for the farmer? Is it worth it?
